Shipping & Returns

Policies:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to computer screens portraying color differently.
  • All items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned.
  • All jewelry and accessories are final sale.
  • Please be advised that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications.
  • If a store credit or gift card is being used, please call us at 205.407.4745 if you need assistance. The QR code can be scanned at checkout in-store or type in the code online in the gift card section. 


Shipping:
We currently ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority. All orders will be charged a flat fee of $10 for shipping. Orders should arrive between 2-5 business days. Orders for pick-up in store will be ready within 1 business day. Please call for urgent requests.


Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied, please return it (in-store or mail) for an exchange or store credit only; refunds will not be given. In the event of an exchange by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Items purchased online must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original condition (unworn, undamaged with original tags attached). This includes deodorant, make-up, etc. All sale merchandise and jewelry are FINAL. Exchanges and/or store credit will be processed within 2 business days. Store credit and gift cards do not expire.
