If you are not completely satisfied, please return it (in-store or mail) for an exchange or store credit only; refunds will not be given. In the event of an exchange by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred and a $12 fee will be applied for restocking and reshipping a new item. Items purchased online must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original condition (unworn, undamaged with original tags attached). This includes deodorant, make-up, etc. All sale merchandise and jewelry are FINAL.
