Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of the package being delivered.
Colors may vary slightly due to computer screens portraying color differently.
All items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned.
All jewelry and accessories are final sale.
Please be advised that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications.

We currently ship USPS Priority. If you prefer another shipping method or signature confirmation, please let us know prior to purchasing. All orders will be charged a flat fee of $8 for shipping. Orders should arrive between 5-7 business days. Orders for pick-up in store will be ready within 1 business day. Please call for urgent requests.
If you are not completely satisfied, please return it (via in-store or mail) for an exchange or store credit only; refunds will not be given. If a store credit is issued, the recipient will have one year to redeem it. In the event of an exchange by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Items purchased online must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original condition (unworn, undamaged with original tags attached). This includes deodorant, make-up, etc. All sale merchandise and jewelry are FINAL. Exchanges and/or store credit will be processed within 2 business days.
